Return & Refund Policy

Gacha Paws Pte Ltd does not encourage refunds on Services offered or on products sold.  In some cases, it is at our sole discretion should a refund is offered to you.

Return orders are accepted within 7 days upon delivery.  Service fee of S$10 will be applied for our delivery man to collect your return item from your home.  You can return or exchange your product for a different product of same value, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that following are the conditions for our Return and Exchange Policy:

  1. Discounted / Sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Returned items must not be opened and be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
  3. Returned items must be no visible signs of wear or use. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the item back to you.

All returns or exchanges must accompany with an original tax invoice as an evidence proof for your purchase from us.  

In the event of refund, the process will only start after we confirm return stock is deemed to be a valid return.  We will notify you of the approval or rejection for your refund request.

If it is approved, your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  The credit process will takes 5 work days.

Gacha Paws Pte Ltd reserves the right to change our policy terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
