Delivery Service & Fees
You will enjoy free delivery service for orders S$50 and above. For orders that falls below S$50, a standard delivery charge of S$20 will applies to the order. Re-delivery fee of S$10 applies in the event of an unsuccessful delivery, postponement, or no-show.
In the event that there are order adjustments and the revised nett total amount falls under $50, the standard delivery change of $20 will apply.
- After an order is placed, we will get back to you within 2 working days.
- Under normal circumstance, you may expect to receive your order within 3-4 working days.
- Delivery hours are from:
3.00pm to 8.00pm (Mon – Fri)
10.00am to 4.00pm (Sat)
No Delivery for Sunday and Public Holidays
- Daily order cut-off time is 3.00pm sharp. Any order received after 3.00pm, is consider as next day order. If order placed after 3.00pm on Friday or Saturday and Sunday, order will be processed on next Monday.
- Our delivery service is limited within Singapore island only.
- Delivery must be acknowledged by you or your authorised recipient on our Delivery Invoice.
- In the event that if no one is available to receive the delivery of order with the informed given time slot and we are told to leave the order/s outside the house or in the riser outside the house, should any or all order items loss or damage, we are not to be held responsible for any loss under such incident.
- If a particular product is Out of Stock, we will contact you to inform about the expected waiting time. If you can’t wait for arrival of new stock, we are willing to give an alternative suggestions or recommendations to you.
- All risk and liability shall pass to you upon delivery of the order/items.
