Thank you for visiting and shopping at Gacha Paws. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.
Delivery Service & Fees
You will enjoy the free delivery service for orders S$25.00 and above. For orders that fall below S$25.00, a standard delivery charge of S$20.00 will applies to the order. A re-delivery fee of S$10.00 applies in the event of unsuccessful delivery or rescheduling.
In the event that there are order adjustments and the revised net amount falls under $25.00, the standard delivery charge of $20.00 will apply.
After an order is placed, we will get back to you within 2 working days.
Under normal circumstances, you may expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days.
Delivery hours are from:
- 00pm to 8.00pm (Mon – Fri)
- 00am to 4.00pm (Sat)
- No Delivery for Sunday and Public Holidays
The daily order cut-off time is 3.00 pm. Any order received after 3.00 pm, will be considered as a next day order. If the order is placed after 3.00 pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The order will be processed on the following Monday.
Our delivery service is limited within Singapore only.
Delivery must be acknowledged by you or your authorized recipient on our Delivery Invoice.
In the event that we are instructed to leave the order(s) outside the house, should any or all order items be lost or damaged, we are not to be held responsible for any loss under such incidents.
If a particular product is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you about the expected waiting time. If the restocking period is unsatisfactory, we are willing to amend the orders to another product that is available.
All risk and liability shall be passed to you upon delivery of the order/items.
